United States Shipping

Shipping costs for orders placed on DSS are based on the total weight of your order as well as the delivery location. Prior to checkout, while viewing your cart, you will be offered the opportunity to enter a destination country, state, and zip code to determine various available shipping methods and charges. During checkout, you will also be allowed to choose your desired shipping method.

International Shipping

International orders are charged based on the destination country and the method of shipment.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding U.S. Holidays). In-stock items ship within 1-3 business days.


Items that are out of stock at the time your order is placed will be put on backorder. Credit cards will be processed at the time of the order. If an item is listed as a backorder and you would to like purchase it, we suggest you do so. Backordered items normally ship in 1-4 weeks. You may cancel a backorder order at any time before it ships.

Easy 30-Day Returns

Having second thoughts? No worries - we're here to help! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your eligible items by mail within 30 days of the original ship date. You must submit a "Return Request" to do so. First, log-in to your account and view your orders. If you have checked out as a guest, create an account under the same email used to place the order and follow the next steps. Select the order from which you would like to return an item(s). Next, choose the items and the quanitites that you would like to return. Fill out your reason for returning, what action you would like completed (refund, store credit, exchange, etc.) and any comments that you would like us to address.

Please allow up to 5 days for return authorization. Once your item is approved for return, you may send the item(s) to DSS at 643 Stokes Rd. Suites A&B, Medford, NJ, 08055. The consumer is responsible for return shipping charges; however, there is no charge for the return of defective items or items DSS may have shipped incorrectly. For defective items, or items shipped incorrectly, simply call us at 1 (800) 817-3550 or email us at and we will make arrangements for return shipping. Please allow 7 business days upon our receival of the returned item for processing your return.

NOTE: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.

Key Points

  • All returns must be authorized through our "Return Request" procedure. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded and the customer will be responsible for all the costs and loss incured (shipment fees, etc.)
  • The return procedure (including placing the return request and sending back return items) needs to be completed within 30 days of the original ship date.
  • All returned items will be examined once they have been received. Any unqualified return(s)/exchange item(s) will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
  • If there is any problem (damaged/defective/missing/incorrect items) regarding the received package, you should contact us within 3 days of receiving the package, or the request will not be accepted. We will replace the new product for you if any damaged/incorrect items are received; however, please leave the product in its original packaging.
  • All refunds are for merchandise only. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Returned items that are not received in the original packing will be subject to a 50% repackaging fee.
  • The purchaser will be responsible for the shipping fee if the shipment has been refused, the purchaser has given us a wrong address, or if the purchaser has not signed for receiving shipment. To avoid unnecessary loss of time and money, please provide us with your correct order information. If you do not wish your order to be returned to you, we will treat your returned parcel as a return order and any charge/credit/restriction will be applied to our return policy.


May be returned in original condition with all tags attached if originally in stock. May not be returned if the original tags are not attached, if the garment has been worn, altered, washed or if there are soils/stains of bodily perspiration, tanner, cologne/perfume and/or smoke present.

NOTE: Each item shipped to customers is inspected for any damages as well as for quality control prior to shipment.
