It is a live-action practice session where students practice performing and perfecting their routines in a tournament simulation setting. \nDancers participate in heats\, mirroring actual competitions\, which helps build confidence and performance skills. Solo showcases allow each dancer to highlight their unique talents. These sessions are essential for refining technique and enhancing stage presence\, setting dancers up for success in actual events.
