DESCRIPTION:Our Juvenile Latin Dance Program introduces dancers ages 6–10 to the exciting world of International Latin dance in a fun\, energetic\, and confidence-building environment. Perfect for beginner and developing young dancers\, this program teaches the foundations of the five International Style Latin dances: Cha Cha\, Samba\, Rumba\, Paso Doble\, and Jive. \n\n\n\nStudents build strong technique\, rhythm\, coordination\, performance skills\, and self-confidence while learning exciting choreography and developing a love for dance through structured\, engaging classes led by experienced instructors. \n\n\n\nEach 45-minute session includes dynamic warm-ups\, technical foundation training\, choreography\, musicality development\, and cool-down exercises designed specifically for growing dancers. \n\n\n\nWhat Students Will Learn \n\n\n\nInternational Latin Dance Training \n\n\n\n\nCha Cha\n\n\n\nSamba\n\n\n\nRumba\n\n\n\nPaso Doble\n\n\n\nJive\n\n\n\n\nYoung dancers are introduced to proper technique\, timing\, posture\, footwork\, and beginner choreography within the International Latin syllabus. \n\n\n\nConfidence\, Social Skills & Teamwork \n\n\n\n\nPositive group interaction\n\n\n\nTeam-building and partner skills\n\n\n\nImproved focus and listening\n\n\n\nDance etiquette and classroom discipline\n\n\n\nConfidence both on and off the dance floor\n\n\n\n\nMusicality\, Coordination & Performance \n\n\n\n\nUnderstanding rhythm and timing\n\n\n\nImproving flexibility\, balance\, and coordination\n\n\n\nDeveloping stage presence and expressive movement\n\n\n\nBuilding strong dance foundations for future growth\n\n\n\n\nOur Juvenile Latin program is perfect for children who love music\, movement\, creativity\, and performance while learning valuable life skills in a supportive and motivating atmosphere. \n\n\n\nNew students are always welcome — no partner or previous dance experience required!
